REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any product you order from Smoke Relief, just send it back for a full refund (less shipping and handling) within 30 days from the date you ordered. You myust contact our Customer Service department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions to return any product. All returned products must be received by Smoke Relief within 10 days of obtaining the RMA. You will receive a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges, within 30 days from the date the product is received by Smoke Relief. WARRANTY
If there are any problems at all with any Smoke Relief product, simply call the Smoke Relief Customer Service department. The customer service agent will then run through troubleshooting to determine the problem. If something needs to be replaced, Smoke Relief's policy is that the customer sends back the defective product, and then Smoke Relief will replace the defective parts once the defective parts are received. The customer is responsible for postage sending back the defective product, and Smoke Relief will cover the cost of shipping the replacement parts.
